This ancient craft of Kantha stitching has meant many saris have been recycled over the generations rather than in a landfill. We think Basha's artistry is some of the best in its region!

Colour and Pattern:
Natural Indigo dye has a natural variation of intensity depending on the cotton sari print used. So each piece is unique and will not be the exact match to the images shown. However, each has subtle darker patterns visible from the original sari print, which give the blanket interest and character.

The indigo dye has been fixed, but Basha suggests you wash your blanket separately from other items. These cotton blankets can be machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle. The close stitching help maintain the shape of the cloth. To extend the life of the blanket, we suggest you limit the number of washes.
