Our Eco Max veggie scrubber has a unique block shape to make the wire in the centre of the brush closer, creating a more rigid fibre. That makes it ideal for potatoes and other hard veggies.
At the outer edges of the block, the fibres are softer for delicate fruits and, when dry, can even be used to brush the dirt from mushrooms. This size is great for children or smaller hands.
It is handmade from natural coconut fibre, a sustainable vegetable fibre that is naturally anti-bacterial, so it will not become smelly or mouldy.

Meet the Makers
Over a decade ago, Eco Max began supporting the craftsmanship skills of local artisans on the outskirts of Columbia, Sri Lanka. Sydney entrepreneur Kim established and developed the product to provide an alternative to the plastic waste household generate and support marginalised women and their families. It is a small family run business that prides itself on crafting beautiful, sustainable, handmade brushes whilst providing much-needed employment and skills training for local women.
