Kantha Indigo, Single Throw
The rich tones of indigo are hard to ignore. From dark navy through to blue, teal and dark purple, they evoke a naturally regal feel. We are delighted that Basha has added this to their quality kantha stitched blanket range. Using new cotton sari's as their base cotton fabric, they have tried and tested various natural indigo dying techniques to find the best result.
The single sized blanket, meticulously hand stitched over many many days in white thread is a work of art. On a bed or over the couch, this blanket is one of a kind that you are sure to find great delight in owning!
Colour and Pattern: We have tried to capture all the colours in this blanket in the images. Natural Indigo dye has a natural variation of intensity depending on the cotton sari print used. So each piece is unique and will not be the exact match to the images shown. Each has subtle darker patterns visible from the original sari print which give the blanket interest and character.

Washing advice: The indigo dye has been fixed, but Basha suggests you wash your blanket separately from other items.
These cotton blankets can be machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle. The close stitching help maintain the shape of the cloth. To extend the life of the blanket, we suggest you limit the number of washes
