✅  Your order processed and packed ready for the courier within 24 hours: Monday - Friday.  After 3pm Friday, orders are processed Monday morning.

✅  Free delivery in Australia with orders over $125. ( With one exception- due to their generous size, our laundry baskets have a set charge. Details are on the product's page.)

Standard Rates for Australia

$8.00 Satchel size

Less than 500gms e.g. one piece of jewellery, coasters and placemat sets.

$12.00 Handbag size

Slightly bulkier but under 1kg  e.g. one small candle or multiple jewellery pieces.

$15.00 Shoebox size

Up to 3kg e.g. one small blanket, bowl or large candle.

$18.00 Briefcase size 

Up to 5kg e.g. crossbody, & travel bags.

Most other large items are shipped for free.

Since the pandemic our couriers have been working harder than ever. But there are still sometimes delays and longer shipping times than pre COVID 19. Below is the delivery times prior to the pandemic, so we ask that you be patient if it is a little longer.

3 - 7 working days 

for capital cities and large regional towns in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, ACT, Tasmania and southern Queensland. Regional areas in these states and territory could take a little longer.

7 - 21 working days for other destinations within Australia.
