Machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle. The close stitching help maintain the shape of the cloth. To extend the bag's life, we suggest you limit the number of washes. The saris are washed before they are sewn and are rewashed before shipping. They arrive soft, clean and beautiful.

The women of Basha are living examples of transformation. Each woman who was once vulnerable to exploitation is now secure. She is working in a safe and caring work environment, paid a livable wage and has had a savings program established. Each one is given life skills training and specific training for her role in the Basha enterprise, according to her abilities and dreams.
