Hoop post fixes into a small clasp to make it secure. It is slightly curve to enable this feature and is slightly thicker and flat compared to stud posts.

Gold Plated Jewellery
Tip 1. To clean your gold plated jewellery, use mild soap and water. Use a soft cloth to clean the item carefully. After cleaning, rinse with lukewarm water and allow it to dry completely.
Tip 2. Buffing your plated jewellery with a soft cloth-like T-shirt material or eyeglass cleaning cloths is an effective and inexpensive way to keep your pieces shining brightly.
Note: Do not use a jewellery polishing cloth, as this can damage the finish.
